Wisdom for Women in Training Creative and dynamic sessions for girls aged 11 - 13, 14 - 16 and 17 - 19. Focus is on the topics of self esteem, body image, assertiveness, self-awareness and working together to support each others potential rather than suppressing it. Courses happen weekly for 10 weeks culminating in a graduation ceremony celebrating the growth that has taken place.
